How to Boost Your Immunity and General Health

Avoid : processed foods, refined sugars, preservatives, alcohol, fried foods,
carbonated drinks, white flour and pastries, stimulants, rancid nuts, mainstream
dairy products, dead animals, radiation, pollution, stress, toxic thoughts,
judgmental conversations, negative people or doing any form of work or activity
that harms, exploits or compromises the integrity of yourself, other living
beings or the environment.
Eat antioxidant foods - berries, prunes, raisins, dark grapes, goji berries,
cacao beans, kale, broccoli, spinach, tumeric
Eat whole organic foods consciously, slowly, chew thoroughly and stop before
you feel full. Avoid combining too many ingredients and eat as much as you can
raw. Cook with water rather than oil, add oil at end. If you need to cook with
oil use coconut (stable at high temperature)
Alkalinise the body - eat lots of leafy greens, sprouts, fresh juices based
on organic green vegetables, barley grass powder, raw fruits and vegetables,
seaweeds, spirulina and other microalgae
Take Immune system builders - echinacea, zinc, vit C (in plant derived form
best eg rosehip, camu camu berry, acerola), selenium, magnesiym, iron, astragalus,
garlic, olive leaf extract, B vit complex.
Other : get adequate rest, deep breathing, pure water (2 litres per day), sunshine.
exercise, make love, sing, dance, meditate, get into nature, be grateful for
everything, hang out with uplifting people, don't take yourself or anything
too seriously and LAUGH !!
